We have provided numerous links to the contents of The Library, and listed in detail the contents of our Full Packages and our Policy/Procedure Packs. The top of the Home page provides a link (Sample Material) to many examples of our work, in full.

We have also given details of many of our satisfied customers (on the home page) who are more than happy to discuss our work with you – you just have to make an enquiry to them. Their telephone numbers are listed.

This customer review process is important, as once you have joined The Library, you then have immediate access to all of our material which you are free to download whenever you want.

At this point we trust that you will understand that we cannot consider refunds. Thank you for your understanding of what is an important issue, and one which must be handled appropriately, consistently and fairly for everyone.
